想一想剛才你眼睛閉著時後你什麼都看不到,你的感覺是什麼?…….

當你的同學幫你帶路時你的感覺是什麼? 他怎麼帶你走?你又是如何跟他走?…你對於他跟你一起走這段路….你有什麼話想跟他說?……..你現在可以跟他說了?…… ……

 

現在想一想,當你的同學眼睛被蒙起來時你要帶他走路你的感覺是什麼?…..

你們怎麼走?你怎麼照顧他? 你有什麼感覺?…….對於你的同學你想對他說什麼?…..對於你自己帶他走路你想對自己說什麼?…….(作者:鍾老師)

Relax and breathe deeply a few times. Feel your body on the floor, make yourself comfortable.

……Now I want you to review that you experienced the wearing blindfold exploring around the classroom….. What did you feel about when you couldn’t see anything….. Did any person help you?…… Can you see him/her in your imagination?…… what do you feel about him/her when s/he led you exploring around the classroom?….. How did s/he lead you to walk?….. what did you feel when you followed him/her? …What is the best thing about being a follower? ….. What is the worst thing about being a follower? ….. What do you think about the person who led you?…in imagination, you can tell the feelings about being a follower to your guide……

 

Now, be aware of the feeling that when you see a person in front of you who cannot not see anything…. What did you feel? …… Now be aware of your feeling when you led him/her walking around the classroom? …. How did you lead him/her walking around the classroom? ….. What is the best thing about being the guide? ….. What is the worst thing about being the guide? ….. What do you think about the person who followed you? …… What are your feeling to him/her when you were walking together? .…..In imagination, you can tell the feeling to your follower …… now begin to breathe a little more deeply and when you feel ready, bring your attention back to the room.
